BACK FROM THE CLEAN SHOW IN ATLANTA

Pony is back from the Clean Show in Atlanta, important biennial American showcase of the laundry and dry cleaning industry, loaded with enthusiasm for the success enjoyed during the show and confirms to be one of the world leaders for spirit of innovation and tradition.

During the 4–days event, the Italian team supported by the American staff of PONY USA, proposed the complete range of shirt finishers with live demonstrations. The absolute novelty has been the unveiling of the TWINS, new rotary double buck shirt press unit, appreciated for its design, its compact size and the exceptionally high production rate.

The machine resumes all innovations of other Pony shirt finishers already on the market and praised all over the world.

Twins is easy to use and install, thanks to its compact sizes, it fits through a standard 90 cm door.

Thanks to an efficient system for the recapture of hot air, H.A.R.S., to a patented rotary system with a low energy consumption motor and to a vacuum system integrated in the rotary frame, Twins is able to guarantee a production of up to 100 shirts/hr with reduced steam and energy consumptions.

Twins features rotating sleeve tensioning clamps with double Teflon rounded presses for the excellent finish of the shirt’s plackets and a double shoulder press active during rotation.

The work station was paired by a quadruple collar and cuff press QUAD, for a total output of up to 160 shirts/hr.

Head and buck are both steam heated and the lower buck features a built -in vacuum which eases positioning and drying of the collar and cuffs.

Quad is compact in size, thus easily transportable, ergonomic, height adjustable and easy to use and install.

Attendants also admired Angel, single buck shirt press unit and Eagle, cutting edge shirt finisher for the up-air blown finish of shirts.

Both units already sold and appreciated in the market, can count on several installations both in USA and all over the world.

Eagle particularly, is appreciated for its excellent finishing quality and for its significant energy savings which allow even small dry cleaning plants without reinforced electric systems to have one in operation.

The PONY range was completed by a legger press, specifically modified to meet the American requirements, a pants topper and a tensioning form finisher with vertical and horizontal tensioning for the finishing of jackets and coats.
