EAGLE 2.0

EAGLE 2.0, designed for the finishing of large volumes of shirts, polos and similar garments, is the result of almost 30 years of technological evolution of Pony in blowing finishers. Equipped with the latest, most reliable and technologically advanced electro-pneu­matic systems, it eliminates the need for manual touch-ups. These results can be obtained thanks to:

- Dummy designed to allow processing as many sizes as possible.

- Heated counter-paddle with suction, padded paddle to prevent: 1) buttons from breaking; 2) leaving paddle marks on the sides of the pressed area and 3) shine effect on dark shirts.

- Yoke and sleeve plackets are pressed to match manual finishing quality.

- Automatic shirt-tensioning carriage, equipped with anti-stretching devices and specifically shaped paddles to perfectly stretch, follow and finish the lower part of the shirts.

In addition to the aforementioned specific features, the Eagle 2.0 finisher is equipped with 4 PONY technologi­cal features, common to all our shirt finishers, which have allowed us to distinguish ourselves on the market in recent years:

• PONY SLEEVE TECHNOLOGY: spe­cial rounded and rotary clamps, with pneumatic height adjustment and Teflon-coated surface, assembled to the innovative “reverse V-shaped” structure of the sleeve-stretching arms, ensuring stability and precision of movement, which translates into an impeccable finishing that requires no touch-ups.
• PONY H.A.R.S. TECHNOLOGY: PONY patented system for the recovery of hot air produced by the machine. It al­lows a significant reduction in drying times. Lowers consumptions, and im­proves productivity and temperature inside the work environment.
• PONY TOUCH TECHNOLOGY: colour touchscreen HMI for total machine control. Pony Touch Logic allows you to easily customise and save operatio­nal programmes, check productivity, access diagnostic features and main­tenance alerts, perform auto-tests and software updates. If connected to the network via an Ethernet port, all operations can also be performed remotely.
• PONY NO-SHINE TECHNOLOGY: all the pressing parts that directly touch the fabric are Teflon-coated to prevent shiny marks on dark fabrics.

Eagle 2.0 is also equipped with ergonomic features to allow the operators to work without tiring themselves out, such as the height adjustment, which enables to lock the collar at a minimum height of 61 inches, while the front paddle that shifts sideways allows the operator to easily dress the shirt onto the dummy.
