PONY ITALY AND PONY USA AT CLEAN SHOW 2015 IN ATLANTA

Compact, energy efficient shirt unit

PONY is gearing up for the upcoming Clean Show in Atlanta with a number of innovations.

The Italian Pony team, supported by its American factory representative,  PONY USA, will be showing its full line of shirt finishers with live demonstrations throughout the four-day exhibition.

Besides Angel, the single buck shirt press already installed in many drycleaning plants, PONY will introduce Twins, its new rotary double buck shirt press for the first time on the U.S. market.

The Twins shirt press unit draws on years of manufacturing experience and incorporates PONY’s innovative design and engineering.

It is easy to use and install with a compact size that fits through a standard 36-inch door.

PONY guarantees production of up to 100 shirts per hour with reduced steam  and  energy consumption due to the HARS system to recapture hot air, the patented rotary system and the integrated vacuum system.

The unit also features double rotating Cuff-placket presses, true tensioning sleeve extenders and double Teflon shoulder presses active duringrotation.

The Clean Show display will include the new Quad  Collar-Cuff Press along with the TWINS.

Another attraction will be the Eagle tensioning shirt finisher, PONY’s latest Breakthrough technology for air-blown shirts for top quality, high productivity, ease of use and energy savings.

The machine was engineered with the goal of reducing energy consumption. The Eagle is also available as an all-electric version that does not require a boiler.
