PONY continues to demonstrate its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
With a constant focus on innovation, it has developed the H.A.R.S. system (Hot Air Recovery System), which promises to revolutionise drying processes by significantly reducing energy consumption.
The H.A.R.S. system enables the recovery of the hot air produced by the shirt finishers (EAGLE 2.0, ANGEL 3.0 and DB PREMIUM), optimising the use of energy resources. Thanks to a more efficient internal circuit, this system not only speeds up drying times but also guarantees energy savings of 30% compared to traditional methods. The key to success lies in introducing preheated air into the drying circuit, using dry air at zero energy cost.
The H.A.R.S. technology is distinguished by its ability to channel hot air from the shoulder-press area, where the temperature can reach 150°, to the main fan. This process allows the incoming air temperature to be increased with less energy and faster, leading to significantly reduced drying cycles and increased productivity.
In addition to the energy benefits, the H.A.R.S. system contributes to improved working conditions for operators. The flow of hot air is managed in such a way that it does not directly affect personnel, reducing inconvenience and creating a more comfortable working environment.
PONY does not stop there: the choice of components, including the pneumatic system, is also oriented towards ‘Energy Saving’ policies. The solenoid valves, for example, operate at low voltage and have reduced energy consumption, further contributing to the company's sustainability mission.
With the H.A.R.S. system, PONY not only improves the efficiency of its machinery but also positions itself as a pioneer in the field of sustainable ironing, demonstrating that innovation and respect for the environment can go hand in hand.
